Our Head Trainer/Coach Tony Hebrard is a an Exercise Physiologist

Tony Hebrard is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and brings a wealth of experience and education from his degree in Exercise Science. He delivers weekly workshops to our personal training team and has a hands-on approach to all the client programs that our personal trainers deliver.

We Have A High Retention Rate for our Personal Trainers

Statistically and unfortunately the life of a qualified personal trainer is, on average, only 11 months. We treat our trainers well, they train people exclusively for us and as a result some of them have been with us for over 5 years and counting!

By providing our personal trainers with the security and support of full time employment in a career they love they are able to focus their time and energy on what matters most: getting you the results you need.

No Unfit Trainer Rule

We believe that out trainers should practise what they preach which is why we expect our team to maintain a certain level of fitness. We do compulsory quarterly fitness tests to esure they are staying committed to their fitness goals too.

If they are going to help you get fitter, faster, stronger, leaner and healthier then there is no better way to keep them focused on this then ensuring it’s a part of their life too.
