We take your results, motivation & safety seriously which means every Tuesday morning at 10:30am you’ll find the Personal Trainers gathering around downstairs for their Weekly Workshop, with Head Personal Trainer, Tony.

This is a compulsory 60min in-house Workshop to help the team stay up to date with new training methods, revisit the fundamentals and also learn from outside experts that we get in as well.

This is the first time we’ve shared our in-house training, and now you’ll get to see what happens behind the scenes!
