CrossFit Zenergy has over 50 Weekly Classes!

Enjoy the massive variety and huge Timetable that Zenergy in Brisbane gives you.

With Classes starting at 5:30am and going right through to 7pm at night you’ll have plenty of options to fit your training in at Zenergy!  Plus, you can take advantage of our full bathroom facilities to refresh after your workouts!

All Classes are 1hr long, except for CrossFit 30 & Tabata.  These are our only 30min Classes and are designed to give you a workout, focusing on cardio & high rep strength work, making it super convenient for the time-poor person.

Class Descriptions

CrossFit – 1hr

This is our daily WOD. (Workout of the Day) where everyone who comes to the Gym, will perform the same WOD for that day.  Our head CrossFit Coach, Tony Hebrard, writes all of the CrossFit WODs and focuses heavily on technique and proper progressions to ensure maximum results for you.

CrossFit Classes include a huge variety of exercises and gives you scaling options to scale back when you need it (make it easier), or scale up when you want it (make it harder)!

Expect strength, barbells, running, rowing, gymnastics, box jumps, wall balls, skipping and a few Olympic lifting movements as well.

CrossFit is a full-body, strength & conditioning class that will get you fitter, faster & stronger for your every day life.

CrossFit 30 – 30 mins

Based on CrossFit principles but a 30 min Class without any heavy lifting exercises.  This class offers a simpler CrossFit experience and incorporates high-intensity exercises, massive variety and will get working out straight away!

Great for the time-poor person!

PunchFit – 1hr

Get ready to punch, kick and hit your way to fitness!

You don’t need to have any experience in boxing or the like, just some enthusiasm and willingness to unleash your inner-fighting-spirit!

You’ll love this Class with so much variety with strength exercises, core work and cardio all thrown in the mix!

CrossFit Mums – 1hr

A super fun and friendly atmosphere where you can work out with other Mums!

This CrossFit Class is based on our Daily WOD, but gives you the added bonus of working out in an environment that supports you and where you are at.

Bring your bub, bring your Pram or just bring yourself!

*We are a family-friendly CrossFit Gym, in Windsor, just 4kms from Brisbane CBD, and your little ones are welcome!  Please note, we do not have a  creche though, but they are welcome to sit in the corner and watch their mummy workout!
