Can I bring my kids along?
Yes. Absolutely! Your bubs, toddlers or teens are all welcome to cheer on their Mum!
We are a child-friendly Gym with a dedicated play-space area for your Children which has toys, blocks and drawing bits to keep them entertained. Nestled in the corner of the Gym and away from the action, they can still see Mummy and you can still workout!
Jodie, Co-Owner is a Mum of 2 young ones and completely understands the juggle to find you-time!
When are the Classes on?
The CrossFit Mums Classes are on at 9:00am Monday, Wednesday and Friday BUT we have over 30 Classes on the Timetable you can choose from, so don’t limit yourself to just those times.
Our other day-time class times are 10:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm – heaps of options for you!
Will CrossFit make me big and muscly?
No. Eating more food and testosterone does that. Females have very low testosterone levels which limits their ability to build muscle. Lifting big weights is perfect for chewing through body fat stores! Expect to get stronger, fitter and toned up!
What’s the difference between CrossFit and CrossFit 30?
There are 2 things that make these Classes (slightly) different.
1. CF30 is 30min, while CrossFit is 60mins
2. CF30 focuses on more cardio, circuit based exercises, while CrossFit incorporates more strength exercises.
Do you do any other Classes besides CrossFit?
Yes! We have a huge-timetable of over 30 Classes, and you can jump into any of the Group Classes.
CF30 is a short and focused CrossFit session.
D.M.A. (demolition martial arts) is a combination of punching, kicking and circuit based exercises.
Mobility is all about getting your body mobile – moving well. So stretches, core and recovery is covered in this Class.
Can I attend any of the Classes?
Yes. The Classes for Mums (at 9:00am) are designed to make you feel comfortable, but this does not limit you to what Classes you can and can’t attend.
I’m a newbie, will it be too hard for me?
No. CrossFit is Scaleable.
This means that each WOD (workout of the day) can be scaled to suit your own level. You’ll generally find there are 2 scaled options for each workout and the Coach will help you with which level is best for you.
What is involved in a Membership?
CrossFit Zenergy has a weekly membership via direct debit, that is flexible, affordable and simple. You have the choice of 3 month, 6 month or 12 month memberships and then after that it’s just week to week.

Book an Intro Session by just calling Zenergy on 3252 7999.
An Intro Session is a free 1hr appointment where you can meet some of the Coaches, see a demonstration of the exercises and then do a mini-workout to get a taste of what CrossFit is all about.
