Group Classes at CrossFit Zenergy

Over a decade in the fitness industry has taught us that you will get your results faster and stay committed to your goals longer if training is fun and interesting. So we offer over 30 weekly classes to keep your training fresh and challenging!

Get ready to fast track your results with a wide range of classes, from CrossFit to interval running to mixed martial arts conditioning. We have CrossFit classes for mums and 30 minute training sessions when you only have a little bit of time to sweat. Our all-access group membership also allows you to come in and train on your own when classes are not in session.

CrossFit | DMA | Mobility | Mums Classes | Circuits |

CrossFit | Strength and conditioning consisting of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. For more info check out our CrossFit page HERE.

CrossFit 30 | A condensed but effective CrossFit class. From warm-up to final stretches these classes are 30 minutes long, start to finish.

DMA | Demolition Martial Arts. A conditioning class that uses a combination of boxing, martial arts and kickboxing to get your heart racing.

Mobility | Recovery sessions that incorporate stretching and core work.
