  • Bsc App (HMS-ExMan) Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement Studies, Exercise Management
  • Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA)
  • CrossFit Level 1

Fitness background: Second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do

Favorite thing about being a trainer / coach: Seeing athletes become happier more confident and stronger people as they improve their fitness.

Favorite exercise/workout:  Mountain Biking and chippers

Most challenging exercise: Handstand walking

Inspiration to train hard and stay committed to goals:  “I want to be fit for life.  Fit to do whatever I want to do.  Play with kids, be strong, ride fast, climb mountains, anything.”

Outside the box: Tony loves cars.  Fast cars in particular.  Owning a Porsche is next on Tony’s list.
