Qualifications: Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Level 1 CrossFit Course
Fitness background: I rode BMX, played AFL and cricket up until my late teens and now a days I play AFL and Cricket (indoor/outdoor). Always loved running and was a keen competitor in track events in High School.
Favorite thing about being a Personal Trainer: Helping people achieve something they never thought possible and building great relationships as well.
Favorite exercises: Squats! Deadlifts and Clean and Jerks as well.
Most challenging exercise: Hand Stand Push Ups and Muscle Ups
Inspiration to train hard and stay committed to goals: My dad. plus seeing other people achieve their goals or a new PR and the look on their face makes me want to achieve mine more!
Outside of Zenergy: I love being around the footy club, helping the juniors with their footy. Catching up with mates and seeing what QLD has to offer.
