What a 3 year old can teach you about health and fitness…

A lot can be learned from a 3 year old and I find myself constantly fascinated at the lessons I’m re-learning from Gen.

…Do everything with enthusiasm.  You’ll enjoy it more – guaranteed.

…Be determined to try, not afraid to fail and pick yourself up quickly when you do.

…Say NO (thankyou) strongly and firmly when you don’t want to do something….. It’s ok to speak your mind.

…Take a moment to let your mind wander…..and just imagine what IS possible for you in the big world!

Once upon a time we all used to be little, and then along the way came life.

All of it’s ups, downs and in-betweens.  Heart aches, triumphs, loneliness, joy and delight…. Rules, regulations and grown up stuff like bills and mortgages.

We can get so caught up being busy in our life, we forget that we are the creator of it.

You can’t change things overnight, but you can change direction.

A change in habits…

A change in thinking…

A change in choices…

One small change in direction today will dramatically change the course of your life in 10 years time.

By now, I think I would have lost Gen’s attention, but I’m grateful I’ve still got yours.

Do something today that your future self will be proud of.
